This page contains all the details you wanted to know about - or didn’t, but we’ll share them anyway. The target audience is the person that’s already registered, is preparing to attend or is making their way to the conference and needs to re-check their next steps. We'll help you get home, too.

Conference App
Download the Nunify conference app in the App Store or Google Play Store. Upon registration, you will receive an email from Nunify. Use the registered email address to log in to the Nunify event. If you face technical issues, please Contact Us.
The conference app contains the full conference schedule, session information, maps, housing information, and reminders. Immediate information updates during the conference will be communicated using the app.
Virtual Participation
Zoom is a reliable and stable platform and the streaming platform of choice. Links to each stream will be sent out via email to virtual attendees and are accessible via the conference App.
Virtual participation is accomplished through the App and the Zoom chat. Submit your questions to be asked by the session moderators.

Poster Sessions
A poster session will be held each night of RosettaCon, and poster prizes will be conferred at the end of the conference.
Consult the poster list to note your presentation night and your poster number. Poster stands will be numbered so you know where to put your poster up. Push pins will be provided.
Poster Display Guidelines
- Maximum size is 1 meter by 1 meter (3.3 ft. x 3.3 ft.) or (39 inches x 39 inches)
- Oversized posters cannot be accommodated
- Poster boards and push pins/adhesive will be provided at the meeting
Job Listings
If you are recruiting for your company, lab, or institution and have a job posting available, please check the conference app and your email for an opportunity to share that. Job postings will be advertised on a job board at the conference.

Attendee List
Fellow attendees can be found using the conference app. Connect with them to schedule a meetup during the conference or message them directly through the conference app.
Basic Lodging Information
To maintain some semblance of privacy with our shared room setup, rooming lists will be made available on the Nunify app and by link via email: Housing Map
- Additional lodging details, such as options for lodging in Seattle before or after the conference, can be found on the Travel Information page.
Check-in at Suncadia starts at 4:00 PM in the Lodge. If you arrive before 4:00 PM, ask the concierge to hold your bags.
