What's included in my In-person ticket? Lodging only sometimes.
Lodging, maybe
The following tickets include accommodations:
- Academic, in person with shared room included
- Industry Scientist, in person with shared room included
- Rosetta Commons Member Labs - Trainees, Faculty, and Postdocs
Lodging is in the UW dorms, in a shared room if it's included in your ticket. Rosetta Commons Principal Investigators will be lodged in a shared hotel room at University Inn.
Lodging is included for all Rosetta Commons Member Lab Trainees and Postdocs with the exception of those already based at UW.
Food
Food is provided from dinner at UW on August 3rd until your packed lunch is eaten on the August 7th hike. We do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions disclosed during registration. Reach out to request the menu if you might need to bring along your own supplements.
Entertainment
There will be at least forty hours of scientific content to be had across three-and-a-half days at UW. There will be plenty of time to connect, unwind, and enjoy the surroundings as well.
Bring your hiking gear to enjoy the activities.
What's included in Virtual Attendance?
Virtual registration typically includes the following:
- Access to virtual sessions: Live streaming of keynote talks, workshops, and other sessions.
- Digital materials: Access to digital copies of conference materials, such as programs, poster abstracts, job postings, attendee lists, and other resources.
- On-demand access: Access to session recordings after the event.
- Event app access: Login credentials to the event's virtual platform Nunify for virtual participation.
- Networking opportunities: Virtual networking opportunities through the Nunify event app that allows you to connect with other attendees.
International Travel Visa Letter
If you need a letter of invitation to apply for a U.S. travel visa, find instructions HERE. Please request the letter in time to receive the visa. Check the local approval times before registering.
Conference Recordings
Recordings of the conference talks and activities will be made available to conference attendees and Rosetta Commons member labs, after the conference. There will be no way to purchase viewing rights after the conference. Be sure to register to attend virtually if you cannot attend in person.
Payment, Refund, or Other Policies
Refunds - 5% fee up to 30 days before conference start (Jul. 3, 2026). Afterwards, a 50% refund will be provided until July 28, 2025.
Split admission - We cannot accommodate split admissions.
Rosetta Commons and OMSF may use photos or recordings from the event for community or educational purposes.
Attendees participate at their own risk during travel and optional activities.
